Acceptance of terms

fithaze.com and the Fit Haze membership are operated by Fit Haze LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or creating a Fit Haze account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the service.

The service

Fit Haze is a subscription app that provides personalized workouts, meal and diet plans, fitness calculators, and progress tracking. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute medical, dietary, or professional advice.

Your account

You create an account by entering your email address on our sign-up page. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure, and for activity that takes place under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Subscription and billing

Your Fit Haze membership starts with a 2 day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it automatically renews at $34.79 per month until you cancel. Local taxes may apply. Pricing, trial length, and billing terms are shown before any payment is taken. If we change the price, we will notify you in advance and the new price will apply from your next billing period.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us at team@fithaze.com. Cancelling during the trial stops the first monthly charge; cancelling later stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by our support team and reviewed in line with applicable law.

Health and safety

Exercise and dietary changes carry some risk. You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for your health and fitness level. Fit Haze content is not medical advice; consult a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet program.

Intellectual property

The text, videos, plans, design, and layout of the site and the app belong to Fit Haze LLC or its licensors. Your membership is for personal, non-commercial use, and you may not copy, share, or resell the content without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or the service, share your account with others, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on our systems. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service available and the information accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fit Haze LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the Fit Haze membership.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
